Discharge
At the end of your hospitalization and with the authorization of your doctor, your nurse will provide you with an exit form on which the departure procedure is indicated. Discharges are preferably in the morning before 12:00.

In order to improve the services offered by the clinic, we count on your collaboration to fill out our satisfaction form. Please give it to your nurse before you leave.
