Rheumatism is a disabling condition that negatively impacts our quality of life.
The affected person can no longer walk because all their joints hurt, the slightest movement becomes painful, the hands begin, at a severe stage, to become deformed by osteoarthritis and sometimes, the fingers do not bend anymore. The joint swells, heats up and becomes painful.
If you have similar symptoms, consult your doctor who will prescribe tests and screening tests (blood test, X-ray, CT scan, MRI ...).

Treatments adapted to different forms of rheumatism

There are effective remedies to stop the development of rheumatism.
Paracetamol, for example, is a painkiller that can be prescribed in many cases. In addition, there are drugs that affect the immune system and block inflammatory reactions, such as injection doses of cortisone.
Soft medicine is also generally effective, even if it does not replace medical treatment with a specialist. Doctors advise patients to take a spa treatment, which temporarily relieves pain. They can also prescribe massage sessions with a physiotherapist to soften the joints.

Preventions

To prevent this disease or at least delay its onset, we must opt for a healthy lifestyle:
change your diet by removing sweets
choose fresh anti-inflammatory vegetables such as tomato, carrot , artichoke and cabbage, and other antioxidant fruits such as strawberry, lemon, pineapple, ...
consume omega-3 (greasy fish like sardines and tuna)
add excellent antioxidants such as turmeric and ginger to your dishes
move: walk, yoga
